Start your day fortified by our farmer’s breakfast with homemade products. If you are staying in one of our apartments you may also ask for this hearty breakfast or demand our bread roll service.
At request, we will also cook small dinner dishes like Kaiserschmarrn (cut-up and sugared pancakes with raisins), a variety of dumplings, scrambled eggs and bacon, salad dishes, Bauerntoast or a Speck and Cheese Platter.
After an adventurous day, lean back in our garden beneath the vine bower, enjoy the company of fellow guests, and end the evening on a cosy note with a nice glass of wine.
Always appreciated and much enjoyed are the barbecue nights held once a week.

- A modern fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishes, dish towel, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster
- Cozy seating corner with a table
- Living space with a confortable sofa and SAT-TV
General conditions
Prices include VAT, bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, final cleaning, KlausenCard - alps & wine.
The price does not include tourist tax of EUR 2,40 per day per person (over 14 years).
Pets are not allowed (except apartment "Portugieser").
Bookings are only valid following confirmation of payment of your deposit: this deposit will not be refunded should the booking be cancelled.
Cancellation conditions:
The balance may be paid in cash (up to a total amount of 1,999 euros) or via bank transfer. The total amount for the booked stay will be charged in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Rooms and apartments are reserved from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. We would ask you to inform us in advance if you intend to check in after 6 p.m.
Apartments must be left clean and tidy on departure. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
